We are looking to hire Carpenter who has all the skills related to his job,
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements and materials needed.
- Measuring and cutting wood and other materials to the appropriate size and shape using hand and power tools.
- Installing and assembling wooden structures, including walls, floors, roofs, and frames, as well as fixtures such as cabinets, doors, and windows.
- Performing repairs and maintenance on existing structures, including replacing damaged or rotting wood and fixing structural issues.
- Collaborating with other tradespeople, such as electricians and plumbers, to ensure that all aspects of the construction project are completed according to specifications.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area, following all safety protocols and regulations.
- Communicating with project managers and other team members to ensure that the project is progressing according to schedule and specifications.
- Cabinet Making
- Refinishing & Retouching
- General Repairs & Maintenance
- Sanding, Sawing & General Woodworking.
- Drilling & Framing.
- Install windows, doors and siding.
- Install interior finish and trim
- Remodeling/repairs - Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures
- Build cabinets and other custom woodwork
- Knowledge of Electric work will be a plus
