BWH Hotels - headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona - is an international hotel group with a global network of around 4,700 hotels in almost 100 countries worldwide. It forms the umbrella for the three brand families Best Western® Hotels & Resorts, WorldHotels™ and SureStay® Hotels with a total of 18 individual brands.
We are hiring an Europe-based E-Commerce & Marketing Executive (m/f/x), based in either Netherlands, Poland, Germany or Ireland. As part of the European Marketing Team, your heart beats for Brand Marketing, Social Media and other Campaigns. You feel the excitement when being creative in creating ads, email marketing campaigns and OTA travel ads. You are the mastermind of executing marketing activities and enhancing the brands (online) presence. You are passionate about copy writing, visual asset design and digital marketing for a variety of Brands. You embrace change and enjoy working in a fluent, ever-changing work environment.

The main areas of your activities are:
- Execution of social media strategies and creation of engaging ad campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement across all social media channels.
- Implement online marketing campaigns to drive website traffic, generate leads, and increase bookings.
- Manage OTA travel ads and partnerships to maximize exposure and revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with the EMEA marketing team to oversee all marketing activities and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Maintain and improve website enhancements, ensuring a friendly user experience and optimal conversion rates.
- Utilize creative and graphic design skills to develop visually compelling marketing materials such as newsletter banners, social posts, print and any other promotional material/tools that may be required.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven optimizations.
- Work closely with the EMEA marketing team to improve content and photos for OTA's and other online partners and platforms.
- Maintain and foster relationships with internal teams, staff at company’s headquarters in the USA, partners, and agencies to support marketing efforts.

What we are looking for:
- 1-3 years of work experience in E-Commerce/Marketing positions, ideally within the hotel industry
- Fluent in English, other languages are a plus (i.e. Polish, Spanish, German)
- Excellent copywriting and writing skills
- Knowledge of video creation for social media
- Experience in executing successful social media strategies and ad campaigns
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and generating comprehensive reports
- Good knowledge in online marketing techniques, including SEM, SEO, and Meta search CPC campaigns
- Graphic design experience is a plus
- Background in hospitality is a plus
