What the role is
MOF is looking for a temporary Executive Assistant to assist with the packing of our offices.
What you will be working on
You will be assisting with the following:

- Take stock of all the inventories and office items from store, machine rooms, etc.
- Discard unwanted store items and pack the required items into boxes.
- Clearly label the boxes and arrange for manpower to relocate boxes to the temporary office space.
- Prepare stores and inventories items for relocation to designated locations.
- Coordinate with the Managing Agent (MA) to arrange for shifting of boxes between our office floors
- Unpack and place items to designate locations.
- Sort and pack items according to their categories such as stationery, beverages, flies, gifts, etc. into boxes
- Take stock of the number of chairs & table, workstations, etc.
- Label workstations, director rooms and cabinets at the temporary office space
- Distribute items, shift chairs & boxes, etc. to respective directorate workstations or rooms.
- Coordinate with the MA for the shifting of gunny sacks or newspapers to basements holding rooms.
- Pack and distribute pantry snacks for MOF pantries fortnightly.
- Other ad-hoc duties
What we are looking for
- Able to commit for at least 10 months
- Comfortable with physical work (e.g. moving of items and boxes)
