The following is a summary of the main duties of a Female Receptionist / Administrator in our team:
- Have Real Estate back office experience in Dubai
- Experienced in WPS and Microsoft office.
- Able to draft Tenancy contracts, addendum, MOU, NOC, and other property-related documents.
- Able to issue invoices and receipts.
- Screen and direct phone calls/emails and distribute correspondence.
- Maintain and organize all the documents such as contracts, agreements, and lease records.
- Maintain office supplies / pantry supplies of the office.
- Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough
Real Estate background: 3 years (Required)
