Front Desk Receptionist / Administrator [United Arab Emirates]


 

The following is a summary of the main duties of a Female Receptionist / Administrator in our team:

  • Have Real Estate back office experience in Dubai
  • Experienced in WPS and Microsoft office.
  • Able to draft Tenancy contracts, addendum, MOU, NOC, and other property-related documents.
  • Able to issue invoices and receipts.
  • Screen and direct phone calls/emails and distribute correspondence.
  • Maintain and organize all the documents such as contracts, agreements, and lease records.
  • Maintain office supplies / pantry supplies of the office.
  • Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough

Real Estate background: 3 years (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From AED4,000.00 per month
