We’re looking for a Product Analyst with a passion for using qualitative and quantitative data to improve the day-to-day experience of thousands working in and ordering from restaurants that leverage FoodTec’s technology. We value analysts who seek a holistic understanding of the problems we’re solving and why tackling them will generate value for our customers, their businesses, and our company.
As a Product Analyst at FoodTec, you will have the chance to work on a range of products spanning mobile, desktop, and tablets with the goal of helping make them as valuable as possible for internal and external stakeholders.
What you’ll do:
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to analyze user behavior and feature performance
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with product managers and engineers to inform product decisions
- Evaluate small feature requests
- Participate in problem discovery activities and support product managers in developing new features
- Write release notes
- Create product documentation for FoodTec’s GTM, Operations, and Customers.
