About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced candidate with minimum 6 months of
Experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong verbal
communication skill. Responsibilities will include planning, dispatching and

assigning driver's tracking delivery schedule, and communicating with
customers and drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery. The
successful candidate will have excellent organization skills, strong
communication abilities and a proactive mindset.
Responsibilities:
Dispatch drivers and monitor their progress throughout the day.
Plan and coordinate routes for drivers to ensure timely delivery.
Plan daily loads, manage equipment for pickups and deliveries.
Scheduling pickup and delivery appointments for drivers.
Ensure all units are on schedule for delivery and pickup.
Communicating with customers and responding to their queries (via
phone, email or fax) in a professional and timely manner.
Communicating with brokers, carriers, and customers
Shipping/Receiving administration
Customer service
Coordinate orders between sales and drivers
Directing and organizing logistics activities that may include obtaining
shipping rates or negotiating with service providers.
Ensuring carrier compliance with company policies and procedures.
Continually update customers as to the status of each order as
required and solve customer-specific freight issues.
Communicate with drivers, Customers, and internal staff regarding
and delays or issues.
Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on
time.
Dispatch Coordinator Qualifications/Skills:
Written and verbal communication skills.

Word processing skills.
Spreadsheet preparation.
Administrative writing and reporting skills.
Organizational skills.
MS Excel.
