As part of MI & Data area within TUI Musement FP&A function, Finance Systems Analyst is responsible for the management and development of Tagetik Reporting system.

The successful candidate will be a finance graduate with strong systems acumen, passionate about process optimisation and data quality, and with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Furthermore, you´ll be a talented professional who can work remotely anywhere in Spain.ABOUT THE JOB
Key part of a project team working closely with Finance and IT colleagues and external consultants, participate and contribute to the successful implementation of Tagetik system as a core reporting tool
The role will further develop into the responsibility as Tagetik Subject Matter Expert /Administrator within TUI Musement (with possible development as a Centre of Excellence for TUI Group), including, but not limited to:
Support the delivery of new system capabilities to enable Tagetik be the core system to drive financial reporting cycle
Working closely with all areas of Finance in gathering and understanding reporting requirements, support the initiation, design, build, test, training and go-live of new reporting modules
Delivery of system training and day-to-day support for the system users
Reports and templates design and roll-out
Responsible for Master Data management, mappings design and maintenance, and data integrity within the system
User and security management
ABOUT YOU
Finance graduate or part/newly-qualified accountant – ACA, ACCA or CIMA
Fluent written and spoken English a must
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills, with an ability to understand workflows, processes, and report design
Good understanding of finance processes, including general ledger, consolidation, financial reporting, as well as financial controls
Ability to work independently and prioritise competing demands and tasks
Knowledge of SAP, Hyperion and Tagetik desirable but not essential
Prior experience in system improvements and implementation is desirable but not essential
