Job Summary
The Global People Team Administrator provides administrative support to the People & OD Team that provides services to managers and team members spread across 50+ countries. We are seeking a highly organised, action-orientated and detail-oriented experienced HR Administrator with a strong focus on recruitment to join our dynamic HR/People team. The Global People Team Administrator will play a key role in supporting our recruitment efforts by coordinating and executing various aspects of the recruitment process. The candidate will also support People and Culture partners across all generalist HR matters.
Who are we looking for?
This position requires exceptional organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of HR practices and procedures. We are looking for a candidate who can start contributing on day one and is already on the HR career path (fully or partially trained) and has an aspiration to potentially grow into an Advisory level role longer-term.
This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate to get practical experience of international HR, as part of a small, yet diverse and well experienced virtual team, while being coached by two People & Culture Partners.
