(Mức lương: 45 - 68 triệu VNĐ)- Support GM in making proposals for policies, strategies, and planning in respect of the duties for which he/she is responsible.
- Manage day-to-day operations and business activities of the whole employee of the product to ensure maximum work productivity and full compliance in various areas of operations, including use of management tool such as CRM, and managing risks.
- Monitor the product performance against set targets and objectives of both the product and the organization to take countermeasures for improvement and take effective and thorough problem-solving measures for sustainability.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or equivalent. MBA or business-related advanced program considered a plus.
- Proven experience as a Logistics Operations management or similar management role. 5+ years’ related experience in business operations is a must. Current leadership role in a freight forwarding, logistics and transportation organization preferred.
- Strong experience in warehousing, customs procedure & policy, FDA Trade Agreement.
- Experience with all aspects of operation procedures and in using supporting systems (WMS, TMS).
- Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detailed in operations management.
- Excellent commercial and customer service skills.
- Strong people management
- Good leadership skills.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Fluency in English/Japanese (mandatory)

- Working time : 8:00 – 17:35 Mon-Fri (Close Sat & Sun)
- Annual Leave: 12 days/ year (after probation time)
