Application Support Manager will lead the Application Support team members, measure team performance and provide guidance to improve. Focus on appropriate prioritization and tracking the resolution of known issues.
Application Support Manager will ensure high levels of customer service & satisfaction, while meeting expectations in terms of KPIs and metrics.

He/she will:
  • Provide business applications support for core products
  • Responsible for all support items submitted by the internal users regarding business applications & systems
  • Responsible for incident and problem management processes
  • Manage allocation of resources, prioritize, assign and coordinate the team
  • Establish key metrics for evaluation of team’s performance
  • Reports on status of team against metrics and ensures that team knows and is working towards meeting them
  • Identify trends that point to a larger issue and escalate as necessary
  • Optimize processes and team productivity to improve efficiency
  • Be able to evaluate current staff, monitor individual performance and team organization
  • Develop team members‘ skills with regards to delivery best practices
  • Work collaboratively within the group and with cross functional IT teams as part of larger IT organization
  • Act as a point of contact for the entire IT Applications Support team
  • Maintain application documentation up to date
  • Provide support for QA & testing to the Projects Delivery Team
  • Maintain and improve the quality of projects artefacts (e.g. documentation, user guides, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures

You are min graduated from a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology or a similar field.
You have a work experience 3+ years of professional experience as Application Support Manager, Service Manager, Delivery Manager or IT Business Analyst in international or multicultural environments
Professional Skills:
  • Working knowledge of SQL Databases & basic network configuration
  • Working knowledge of IT hardware (network devices)
  • Ability to learn and master employer-specific software
  • Complex problem solving
  • Ability to diagnose & address application issues
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with JIRA for Software Development
  • Used to work in enterprise environment
Soft Skills:
  • Open minded person with strong customer orientation
  • Rigor in organization, formalization, and planning
  • Great intellectual agility and ability to deal with multiple topics in parallel
  • Solutions oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship ability and end user communication
