An exciting opportunity has arisen, and we are now looking for a part time ATM Technician in Dublin to work a fixed term 3 months contract from August 2023. You will be a core member of the Green Field Marketing team and will be undertaking ATM maintenance and upgrades. You will be moving from bank to bank to undertake these upgrades and will be following a pre-defined journey plan. You will undergo training for this role.
This role will be 5 days per week and will involve travel. Please note that the successful candidate must be flexible towards travel across Ireland with occasional overnight stays. We will accommodate you and cover all expenses.
Although this is a fixed term contract, we are always on the lookout for staff in the Republic of Ireland as we are growing at a steady pace. This being said, there is potential for more tactical work with us after this contract has been completed.
Essential requirements:
Ø Customer centric background.
Ø Excellent customer service skills.
Ø Excellent communication skills. You will be communicating with IT technicians and banking staff.
Ø Attention to detail – be methodical on site to ensure we deliver the best, first time.
Ø Ability to work on your own.
Ø IT / technical skills.
Ø Own vehicle and clean driving license.
Ø Willing to travel (expenses paid).
Ø Have a 4G or 5G smart phone for reporting.
Ø Comfortable inputting simple reporting via App based system.
Roles and responsibilities:
Ø Signing into the bank on arrival.
Ø Installing outdated ATM software by working on software BIOS.
Ø Data input.
Ø System upgrade (there will be about an hour of downtime during this phase).
Ø Average 4 hours per ATM.
Ø Use initiatives to problem solve and suggest resolutions when encountering challenges.
Ø Ensure clear, regular, concise, and detailed App based reports.
Ø Ability to illustrate strong time management and prioritisation of skills.
Ø Manage any client/field/office issues effectively and in a calm and timely fashion.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week
Salary: €110.00 per day
