We are looking for strong structural capabilities and a person with exceptional management skills. As the Kitchen supervisor you are responsible for keeping your kitchen need and tidy, leading your team along with your unit Manager and making products of highest quality according to our company guidelines.

Areas of responsibility
- Maintaining the kitchen and surrounding areas in conditions food safety standard
- Monitoring and reporting on inventory and operating supplies and food from approved suppliers
- Attending unit and brand meetings weekly
- Preparation of food according to recipes and company guidelines.
- Be knowledgeable about menu and recipes.
- Handling deliveries and cross checking with delivery notes
- Communication with Unit Manager regarding stock.
- Food quality control.
- Responsible for training new colleagues.
- Handling dishwashing section.
- Keeping a clean and tidy Kitchen.
- Following open and close procedure set by management.
